Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Bitiyaa, we ensure that every customer undergoes a smooth purchase. Therefore, we have formed a friendly policy for our customers. Please read the following terms & conditions before making a purchase.

What is our Cancellation policy?

For the cancellation of any product, please do it within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, email us at indiabitiyaa@gmail.com. Please note that 4% payment gateway charges will be deducted from the total refund amount on eligible cancellation cases.

What is our return/ refund policy?

  • Exchanges are not valid.
  • Returns: If the product is eligible for return, please mail us at indiabitiyaa@gmail.com within 2 days from the date of delivery of the parcel. 
  • Refunds : Upon receiving the returned product and inspecting it, we will initiate a  refund after deducting 100 rupees as a return fee and remaining balance will be forwarded. This process may take unto 10-15 days.

We suggest returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Bitiyaa will be treated as not returned.

Please note that 4% payment gateway charges will be deducted from the total refund amount incase of prepaid order.

Kindly remember to take acknowledgement receipt of the number of dispatched products from the courier guy while returning, with his signature and mobile number. Bitiyaa will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

  • You can report the product within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  • While returning the product, please mention your name, address, number, email, and order ID on the parcel along with the size needed.
  • In case of Damaged/Wrong delivery: If the merchandise is an incorrect item that has been sent by mistake, you can write to us at indiabitiyaa@gmail.com or contact us at +91 98728 86900  within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the parcel. Then, you can send the product back to us with your order number. We will send you a fresh piece.
